Every practice has a beginning.

All first-time package purchases include a complimentary 30-minute Introduction Session designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before your first class.

During your session, you’ll become familiar with the studio, learn the basics of the Reformer and apparatus, and have time to ask questions so you feel ready to begin your Pilates practice.

After purchasing your first package, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your complimentary Introduction Session.
